Online participation

If you are not able to travel to Estonia for the conference, we offer the possibility to present your paper online. Online participation in the conference includes access to the virtual conference platform, the possibility to listen to other online presentations, the streaming of the four plenary talks, and the final ceremony of the congress, as well as a virtual cultural program. Online participation does not provide the possibility to listen to presentations given on-site. The conference fee for online and on-site options is the same. That is because the on-site participation is supported by the Enterprise Estonia conference support grant which allows us to cover a significant part of the conference costs for those participants who will be travelling to Estonia. In case you will need to opt for virtual participation, please inform the conference secretary, Dr. Darja Dorving, darja.dorving@jurilotman.ee.

If you wish to present online but your presentation is part of a panel taking place on-site, then please discuss this possibility as soon as possible with the chair of your panel. If such an option is acceptable, it will be up to the chair to agree on the hybrid form with the conference secretary.
